New Opportunities

               Now some of you here have found yourselves to be places that you perceive you would rather not be. Circumstances, it would appear, have forced you to place yourselves in a situation that you do not particularly care for, but you feel that is your only option. Why do you think that you are there? Because God has a vindictive nature? Indeed not. Because the angels are about playing little tricks upon you? No, no, no, no. We are not allowed to do that. Well, we are allowed, but we don't.

               Rather, it is because the essence of your being, your God-self, is needed there at this time because from you is pouring forth a kind of healing. While you may never know, someone or perhaps more than someone, is being touched by your life in their life at this moment in time. You may find yourself thrown together with a person who is as opposite of you as anything can be, whose presence you find almost antagonistic. They are uncooperative, downright nasty sometimes, and you go to work grudgingly because of them.

               Why do you think you are there? Well, you could say, they are my karma! Or you could say, ‘I may not like what they represent, I may not like what they say, but I know that I have enough God love in me to do two things. First, I can cloak them over in it. Second, I can lift myself up out of this situation so that I can be a blessing to this terrible person. And perhaps by being a blessing, I can cause them to be transformed and lift it up in some way.

               What about doing a task that you don't like? There are quite a few of you here this night who are doing tasks that you really don't like. But it is a living. Is that what you say? Could it be that you have drawn this experience into your life at this time because you need to bless that situation, bless that task, and transform it by the loving presence of yourself in it for this little space of time?

               What about feeling nowhere? What about the feeling that comes over one when something that you have long been familiar with, whether it be the presence of another, a job situation or something, is suddenly removed from you? And there you are dangling in the middle of the universe, and there is nothing solid underneath your feet. I know there are several of you here this night who can relate to that. Could it not be that you need this little dangle space for a moment? You need there to be nothing external to yourself to put your feet upon in order that you might discover that every strength that you need and every solidness and every feeling of absolute clarity comes not from what your feet are standing on at all, but rather from the internal self of you.

               For despite what you think, you all are very sufficient. From the within of you lies the core of your strength, the God self within you that can take you anywhere you care to be, and you have the right to be there. It can give you that feeling of audacity: I am a child of God. Therefore, it doesn't matter what the external world does because I am sufficient in that truth.

               Now this opens up a door of choice, does it not? You don't have to go and do something because that is all that is available. Now you can choose where you want to be. You can choose how soon you care to get there and by what terms you will remain there because you have that right. Love presents itself in every manner, every manner. And it is often difficult to recognize because what you perceive to be a challenged or an adversity is really, in truth, an opportunity wrapped in fish paper.

               Did you know there is a race of people upon your earth, the oriental people, the Chinese people, who do not have a word for challenge? Did you know that there is only the word opportunity? Did you know that? And something that you might regard as a challenge, they regard as either a good opportunity or a bad opportunity. But it is always an opportunity.

               Now supposing you take that into the realm of spirit. And you say, ‘Ah behold, I am being presented with the glorious spiritual opportunity to make my way in the world through love, through accepting this opportunity, and going with it from the spirit self of me, and being audacious in my child of Godness, and taking this opportunity to flower forth in the fullness of my being.’

               Beloveds, you live in a wondrous time upon your earth. For the vibrations are changing moment by moment. The new challenges, the new opportunities that will be presenting themselves to you have never been presented before. You will be experiencing for the first time in physical form many of the opportunities that will set the pace for the century (i.e. 21^st) that is upon you and soon to be unfurled. And how you do it is going to make the footprints in the sand for those who come after you. So do not think that love should be beat over the head. Indeed, it presents itself to you every moment of your time. It is up to you to meet love with love and to be audacious in the Godness that you are. So be it, indeed.
