The Source of Your Anger

Questioner: If… you are still holding onto the anger or to the fear of whatever, does one have to really examine the source of that?

Gabriel: You could or you could say, ‘Father, help me to know and in knowing, release.’

Questioner: Would it be of help to me to know and understand?

Gabriel: You don’t have to reason why you need to know. Just say, ‘Father, help me to know and in knowing, understand.’ Release, know and release. Because you see, Beloved woman, a lot of the time you spend energy searching for a reason why something is as it is when all you need to do is let it go. It doesn’t matter why. The reason for it is in the past and there is no past. So, the reason for it is already gone.

Questioner: Then there is no reason for it.

Gabriel: Of course not. There is nothing for your anger to stand upon when you recognize that the cause is long gone. It doesn’t matter why you feel that way. All that matters is that you not feel that way any longer.

Questioner: Yet there is that bond because you are still holding on.

Gabriel: Because you are holding on, indeed. You have sent out the tentacles of energy and interwoven them into it. You are saying, ‘Please take this away from me, please take it away from me. I’m going to hang onto it with my very life, but I’ll dare you to take it away from me. Please take it away from me.’ It doesn’t make any sense. All you have to do is say, ‘Father, help me to know, and in knowing, release.’ That is all it is.

When you have left the earth plane and entered up into your soul’s complete awareness, you have the answer to everything anyway. So why labor about it now? You all will come to answers one day. …You know it all. So why are you bothering yourselves now? Get on the path, keep walking and let the sunlight come in.”
