Ruler of the Chakras

"The magnets that are inherent in all of the chakras down the spinal column, or the etheric version of that, are all under the dominion of the abstract mind. The chakras are not under the dominion of the concrete mind. However, they are under the influence of the concrete mind. But, in the final analysis the abstract mind rules the chakras. It does so by causing certain vibratory changes in the flow of the energy that comes to the chakras from the spirit. The point at which this influence from the abstract mind takes place is, although it goes to all of the chakras, it has to come into the spinal column at the base of the skull and settle itself, so to say, to abide in and around the throat chakra."
