Our Spiritual Growth Process

"Now I desire greatly for you to recognize where you are in your process of growth, because it will help you to determine how to change the things in your life that you very much need to change. And how to forgive yourself to leave behind the incumbency that you have dragged along with you.

Some of you here have brought incumbencies from other lifetimes... way back, and you have chosen this lifetime in which to deal with them. Others of you are building new obstructions, even as you are learning in this life. Now the key to living in control of your life is to recognize your own pattern of doing, thinking and being.

Now you all have patterns which you use to deal with things and with people. And it depends upon the pattern you choose, as to whether or not you are going to keep on building what you term 'karma' for yourselves. Or whether you are going to allow yourselves to be free of it and to consciously plan your lives in a constructive and blessing manner.

All of you were meant to be a blessing, each to the other, as well as to yourselves. When Divine Flame first breathed you forth into individuals, the idea was that you be a blessing, one to the other. Well, that worked for a little while, and then you decided it was more fun to create an enemy and so you did. And then the enemy got the better of you, so you decided you had to play out that little scenario. And that is how you got yourselves down into the realm of form and the realm of binding conditions.

Now you are bound only in your own minds. You are not bound in any other way. I know some of you here come from various religious backgrounds in which the idea of original sin... is a very important factor. I desire to teach you this day, how inconsequential sin be! Now I don't mean it from the aspect that you can go out and do anything you please, if you hurt another or not, and that's alright.

But I desire for you to know how God looks upon what you perceive to be sin. When you first came into the earth plane and had created all of the negative things that you had created, you had brought yourself down into a state of consciousness that was barely aware of yourselves.

Through your fears and superstitions, you created a lot of error perceptions. And there came a time when we wondered if ever you were going to come back up into the light of truth and understanding. For it appeared that no matter how hard we worked with you, you did not grow. Maybe one or two... here or there. But the whole consciousness of Humankind seemed to remain locked in a very unspiritual vibration.

It was devised, at that time, that there should come one, who would teach by example, the power of the love of God. But, before that came about, there had to be a recognition on your part, of the error perceptions. You call it evil - we call it error perceptions that you had brought upon yourselves, while here upon the earth.

And in order for that to take place, it was decided that all of these things could be mirrored out to you so you could see them outside yourselves. And so it was, that one came and took upon himself all of the out-pictured so-called evils, misperceptions, whatever you want to call it, that you had created and reflected them back to you, and you have named that reflecting of error perceptions... Satan.

Now there is no devil, excepting in your own fears, which chase you about. But there is no devil and there is no Hell! If you want to find hell, look around you because this is as hellish as it gets. It made you certainly aware of so-called evil in the world. It also brought you into the recognition that something needed to be done about it.

But you were at a loss as to what should be done about it. You didn't know how to deal with it, and so you took upon yourselves the Law of 'an eye for an eye, and a tooth for a tooth.' Somebody slew you and then you must slay them and then, in turn, they must slay someone else and so forth. Instead of bettering yourselves, you just kept getting deeper and deeper into the mire.

Now, all this time, the love of God was present, but unknown! It was ever pouring itself out upon you, but it went unfelt. There was not anything in your consciousness that taught you that all of you are related, all of you are part of a single unit, called Humankind, which was breathed forth from Divine Flame and in its purity is very pure and holy. Nothing in your concepts took you to that.

And so, it was decided that there should come an individual, who could teach you by example, and that is the purpose of the life of Jesus. Now there were other great teachers who taught just as great a lesson but didn't bring forth the love and that was what he came to teach. Whether you are a Christian or not is beside the point... it has nothing to do with what I am saying.

I am trying to point out to you that these things, the Christ's love, are very real and they are part of your Spiritual Self. ...Jesus came and expressed the Christ. But the Christ is just as strongly in you, as it was in him. The difference being... that he knew low to live it, and you are learning how to live it!"
