"Well, she (Mary Magdalene) was about five foot three or four, somewhere in there. She had dark hair and enormous, very expressive, dark eyes. She had a kind of presence about her. She had an inner beauty. She was quite comely to look at but her beauty radiated more from within of her. But I would say her most redeeming physical feature was the fact that she had these enormous dark eyes that expressed her every thought very clearly, and she laughed a lot. She laughed a lot."
