Little Things

"It doesn't hurt to forgive at all, at any point, for anything, under any circumstances. But there are not many people who see the need for forgiveness. For example, suppose you are driving a mode of transportation and someone cuts in front of you and you curse at him or wish him a bad thing. You say, 'Well, I hope you get yours,' or "Someday you will learn,' or something of that sort and you forget about it.

It doesn't occur to you at that moment to say, 'All right, I don't like what that person just did, It made me angry, but I choose not to go there. I choose to take the higher road. I choose to forgive him and to wish him well.' Little things like that."
