"The ego... will teach you anger, judgement. That is the greatest enemy of all...is to judge, for in judging, you do not allow any other living thing to be itself, including you, for every time you judge another, it is like looking in a mirror, for what you judge of that to be wrong or evil, however you want to call it, so you have cast it back upon yourself... Allow it simply to be, for it 'tis. and as you withdraw your judgment, you take from it any energy that would make it negative."
