Emotions vs. Feelings


"Your emotions usually have no reasoning behind them. They are based almost entirely upon fear. Now, your feelings, which are not emotions, but your feelings are based upon truth. ...Feelings always are positive. Feelings always give you a sense of well-being. Emotions can scare the bedoodles out of you. They can throw up scenarios in your mind that would just cause you to absolutely panic. Feelings never make you panicky. Feelings will always give you truth. Emotions very rarely ever give you truth."
