Gabriel: Yes, Beloved Woman, because of what it does. It opens the channel that you have closed between you and the awareness of God's presence in your life. When you do hold conversations with God, it purges you. It brings up issues that you can look at quite objectively without your emotions getting in. You can clear away a lot of debris that you have accumulated."
