Chronic Fatigue


"What about chronic fatigue? That is something some of you here are experiencing. I can see it in your auras. Chronic fatigue comes from the idea that there is no time to rest. 'I better not rest. If I rest, something will go wrong. Therefore I must keep going and going.' Your physical body is saying, 'You go right ahead. I will stay here!' Then you will find out that you don't have any energy. Lack of energy also comes from dispersing your energy in too many directions or feeling put upon by others, the feeling that you must make everybody in the world happy, never mind how you feel."
