"If someone is angry with you and calls you a nasty name, what is your usual reaction to that? ...'Well, the same to you.' Rather than this, why not stop for a moment and think, 'Something is very wrong in their life and I am just a sounding board. They are not really angry at me at all. They just need somebody to vent their anger on. So I shall lift them in light and leave them in love and ask God to please bless them into a sense of joy."
