Poor Health in Spiritual People

"One must recognize that the body is a servant of the spirit and the soul and should be treated with great respect and with a reverence and loved and honored for its part. The body is the expression in form of a formless spirit and should be regarded with love.

A lot of people think that if you are going to be on a spiritual path, you don't need to take good care of your body. They look upon people who do take good care of their bodies as being rather stupid. So it is the individual's attitude toward the physical form as to whether they are healthy or not. A lot of very spiritual people have very poor health."

Creative Inspiration

"When you sit down to write or create anything, whether it be a painting or a book, say, 'Father, I am open to receive Your inspiration through me, that everything that is expressed is holy and divine.' That doesn't mean that you would be writing about religion or spiritual things. You could be writing on how to cross a busy street. But the inspiration of it would be beyond form. It would come in, in the purity of a divine idea. That simple prayer will get you a lot of wonderful stuff."

Repose

"...Know you how I have taught you that life is action and repose, action and repose. When you are in the repose, allow the repose. Repose in the repose, because it will come to its end and then action will begin again. But don't try to make an action in a repose, because it won't work."
