When something troubles you, think: 'How would God deal with this? What would God say to so-and-so?' ...The next day, take ten minutes and so on, until you are up to an hour or more of living from the God within you. You say, 'I don't know if I can,' Of course you can! Do it! ...It is necessary, my children, for you to work on you. ...When you can live a whole twenty-four hours in absolute joy...then, you will know God."
