"Why" Doesn't Matter

"A lot of times you spend energy searching for a reason why something is as it is when all you need to do is let it go. It doesn't matter why. The reason for it is in the past and there is no past. So, the reason for it is already gone. ...There is nothing for your anger to stand upon when you recognize that the cause is long gone. It doesn't matter why you feel that way. All that matters is that you not feel that way any longer."
