What is Prayer?

"Prayer is your Spirit longing to feel in its fullness the at-one-ment of you and God. The only purpose of prayer is to unify the Spirit of humankind with the Spirit of the Father. It matters not how you form your words or what you are asking at the moment. The ultimate goal of all prayer is the unification of the Child with the Father. That is the only purpose of prayer."
