"Sometimes, it is amusing for me to watch the things you do not love yourself for. Most of them are such temporary things. They have to do with your physical appearance...you all criticize yourselves grandly for something that doesn’t matter at all. It doesn’t matter what form you are in: short or tall, fat or thin, young or old, pretty or not…none of that matters at all. For the essence of your being is more beauteous than any form could show you. It wouldn’t matter if you were garbed in the most glorious form, it would never measure up to the beauty that you are, ever; it would not measure up. So, looking upon yourself and finding it unfavorable is a pure waste of time and energy."
