Transforming Difficult Love

"It is very difficult to send love sincerely to someone who is really pushing all your buttons, as you call it. Therefore, ask the Holy Spirit to help you. Say to the holy Spirit, 'You can see that it is difficult for me to feel true love for this person, but I desire greatly to do this. So therefore, I give this situation over to you and I ask you to transform it with your love.' And it will be transformed...

All you need in a situation like that is to feel the sincere request directed to the Holy Spirit. The Holy Spirit will then unblock what is within you holding you from loving that person. You don't have to love what they do or say, just them... Now, not only will your feelings be transformed but the whole situation will be transformed, and the person who is doing whatever they're doing or saying will have a whole change of heart and the situation between you will be absolved."
