"The ego is created by you from past experiences and from the ideas of your childhood, that which was taught to you as being proper or improper behavior, as possibilities, or impossibilities in your lives. Formal education, whether you were rich or poor, has nothing to do with it whatsoever. It is that aspect of yourself, which was created by you, grown, nurtured by your parents or guardians, whoever raised you up. It is that part of you which governs most of the way you feel."
