The Now

"I know that, at this moment, I am here. This is the only moment that I have. I have no other time, no other moment, no other space. This is it. It is this way this moment and it will be that way in the next moment because all we have is right now. The past is all done. The future, we haven't created yet. So, it doesn't exist. So, we could say, 'We have no future!' and literally that's true. We have no future. We are creating moment by moment what our future is. But this moment right now is all any of us have. We don't have anything past this."
