"Still the Mind" Defined


"Your mind is never still so do not be misled into thinking that when you still your mind, you will not think, for that is not a possibility. But when you still your mind, you are centering your thoughts on the God of you, on the Spirit of you. You are not allowing your thoughts to look outward. You are bringing them to look inward."
