In other words, when you invest your energy into it and worry and concern and condemn yourself or another, then you are adding to the difficulty. In other words what you are doing, instead of bringing it up into the light, you are pulling it down into a sticky mire. No matter what the outcome be, you’re so exhausted that you are not going to care. ...You have all been through that and the reason you are exhausted is because you have tangled your energy in this sticky mire.”
