"The road to heaven is the road of service. You have to do it with an open heart. You cannot go with the idea that you are going to be in charge of whether their reaction is good or bad. None of you, none of us, none of any of us – even those of us over here (in the Spirit World) – have the right to judge another. So get rid of that."
