Meditation's Purpose

"The Father does not need anything to become aware of you, for He is never unaware of you. but you perceive - in your level of evolution at this point - that you need something to make you aware of when the Father is touching you. That is all right and that is the purpose of meditation... the only purpose for prayer is to know God, so the only purpose of meditation is for you to know God knows you."
