 “Participant: …We have a lot of choices. Everyday we have choices, every moment. And every time we choose the positive, the constructive, we not only help ourselves but all of humanity.

Gabriel: Indeed.

Participant: …as well as all other living creatures?

Gabriel: Indeed.

Participant: That’s great!

Gabriel: Beloved woman…Yes, it is great. When you hold to spiritual truth, you are holding to the only thing there is. Therefore, what you are doing is raising the consciousness of every living thing up to that realization that Spirit is all there is. All this other stuff is illusion.

Participant: And that all happens by vibration.

Gabriel: …through vibration indeed.
