Karma and Intent

"Karma only happens where there is an intense emotion. Karma does not happen between people where there is no strong feeling. ...Emotion has to have behind it some kind of an intent. It is the intent behind the emotion that has the magnetic pull that will bring in whatever energy there is that binds the people together."
