Karma and Guilt

"Karma is always based on guilt, always. If you have no guilt, you have no karma. Karma is created by guilt. Guilt comes from the idea that you have done something wrong, that you have sinned, as it were. That thought has an emotion in it that tells you that you are bad and therefore you have to correct something. With that idea of correction comes the feeling of guilt."
