Whether you are black or white, gay or upright – what is your word, straight? – whether you are Jew or Gentile, whether you are rich or poor, it doesn’t matter because you have been the opposite at some point. And so it would behoove you all to love yourselves grandly, because that is how you’re going to learn to love each other.”
