How Much Do We Love Ourselves?

  • 1 min read

"When someone loves you, your ability to accept that love and internalize it determines how much you are willing to allow yourself to love you. Every single one of you... has turned away love at some point... There have been people who have loved you, whom you have turned away. You have found ways to justify, in your mind, not accepting that love. There have been opportunities of lovingness presented to you that you have killed dead because you knew inside of you, that this could not be for you; for, you are not lovable. Every time you were disappointed in love, whether it was from a prospective mate, a child, a neighbor, or a friend, matters not, the source of that disappointment was you."
