Higher Self Guidance

"In order to be aware of the guidance of your higher self, it is important that you become very still. ...When you center yourself to receive from the God-self of you, you are never denied that access, never. ...When you center yourself, you bring into alignment all of the chakras. That is important. You also bring into alignment yur mental body, your emotional body, your etheric body, and your physical body. You align them in perfect order. This is necessary. Why? Because the God-self of you has to pour into those bodies the awareness of that which it is trying to bring to you. Those bodies are in perfect alignment when you request that they be. It is that simple. You don't have to get into any particular position. You don't have to be doing anything. All you have to do is ask, 'I ask for complete alignment of my total being' and it is done."
