"Questioner: Is there any way to give that journey of coming to your center to someone who seems stuck in negativity?

Gabriel: No. As you are consciously that light, your light can penetrate his darkness. But his darkness cannot penetrate your light. So, as you affirm, 'I am light,' and as you affirm for him, 'You are light,' you call to him his remembrance that he is light. It bestirs within him and, something like a child moving in its sleep, the light in him moves and awakens as you call it forth."
