Help from Holy Spirit

"...When you ask the Holy Spirit to take something from you, it is wise also to say, 'Holy Spirit, please take this from me and please help me to allow you to take it. Help me to allow you to take it.' Because many times, on the one hand you're giving and on the other hand you're pulling it back. So it is very important for you to be aware that you have to also ask for help to let it go."
