"I want to talk about guilt because you all have it. That is one of the strongest ploys the ego uses – is to make you feel guilty. And it will use anyone, in any circumstance, to make you feel guilty. You all have little trigger mechanisms that make you feel guilty. If you can’t do something for everybody, all the time, at the expense of yourself, you feel guilty. Now, what if you’re the kind of person who has a difficult time saying ‘No’ to people? But sometimes, you do manage to tell people ‘No.’ But after you say ‘No’, you feel guilty. Ego."
