When you bind yourself through your thinking, a thought, an action, an emotion, which gives you the idea of the duality of life, the balance of good and evil, you bring into actuality the Law of Cause and Effect...and this is a kind of death. Now you say, 'But we all must return again and again.' Must you? ...You hold to yourselves these false ideas and you proclaim them to be so and indeed they are so, as long as you proclaim it to be this way."
