Forgiving Guilt

  • Mar 27
  • 1 min read

"Where you feel guilty...? That perhaps is the most difficult type of forgiveness because one generally judges oneself more harshly than one judges another. But remember...most people do the best they can at the moment with the highest intentions of doing good. ...Ask yourself what prompted you to do whatever it is that you think you have done and, if given the same situation this day in your time, would you do it again? When you get the answer, then you will know how much you have forgiven yourself. Then release it and let it go."
