Discipline

ree

"Discipline is training the mind to seek higher wisdom and not allowing it the temptation to go slumming in negativity and illusion. It is also listening to the body's needs but not believing its complaints. A well-trained mind, one that takes information from the spirit, will teach the body of its natural state of good health and support."
