Childhood Harassment

"It [i.e. harassment] tells you in that child's consciousness the child feels that the world is a scary, awful place to be and there are enemies out there who are going to get him. What that child needs is to be assured that life is good, not frightening. Teach that child to listen for the sweet voice of the Holy Spirit which tells the child the good things in life, and not to listen to the other voice that says the world is a terrible place."
