Catch Yourself


"When you catch yourself sliding down into that negative 'Oh, what's the use,' or 'I can't have it,' or 'It's beyond my ability,' or whatever form it takes, you have to stop it and say, 'No. At this moment, I do not perceive a way around this, but my Divine Self knows all things and my highest good is being manifested to me and only my highest good.' Now, you have to catch yourself and work at it, because this attitude is what you are going to be building, and this attitude form is what is going to determine what you are manifesting."
