Best Friend or Worst Enemy


“Your spirit can be your best friend. Your soul can be your best friend or your worst enemy, depending how you use it. The Spirit will never do anything negative. It’s not possible for it to do anything negative because it is made from all the aspects of the highest part of God. Not so with the soul. The soul can offer you memories that are painful and if you’re not careful, your ego will go there and dredge up whatever. The ego is very adept at digging up graves.”
