Becoming the Christ

You see, the whole key of it (i.e. becoming the Christ) is coming to know the God within you and to be able to recognize the difference between that and the ego or the identity. Everyone limits themselves to the identity of the person they think they are at the moment. There is a need to recognize that that is only one minute aspect of your beingness. You need to come to the recognition that it is only one aspect and there are so many other aspects. ...The thing is to recognize that the Christ within you requires a limitless attitude concerning oneself and also a limitless attitude concerning other individuals. ...It is a matter of loving the source of you, which is the You of you, and loving the source of others, which is the They of them, as it were, and recognizing that this source is the single source which is love and in that is the Christ and that Christ expresses limitlessly and so on. Coming to know the God self of you, and the Christ of you, is the basis for your existence and the whole purpose of why anyone ever came to earth."
