Ascending means “taking your physical body with you, so refining it, so blessing it, loving it into the light that its heaviness, its limitation, all of that is transcended and lifted up and you are lifted into the light. Totally! So that you leave this plane of existence and go into the next.” Your body “is the temple of the Most Holy.”
