"Now, while you hold anger in you, there is going to come triggering mechanisms to bring it forth, even if it's in little pieces, even if you get mad at your neighbor because his dog comes over and destroys your garden. It doesn't matter what or who you are angry at. You can know that the anger you are projecting out to that individual is within you. And who are you angry at? Them? Not at all. You're angry at yourself and the big one is, you're really angry at God."
