Why People Aren't Happy

"One of the reasons why people aren't happy is because they are not living in joy. The joy that you have within you is innate. It is in your Spirit. Your Spirit is so joyous. That is all it knows...absolute joy. It is a great adventure for your Spirit to come down into form and to create all of these wonderful little adventures to embark upon. But most people don't regard their lives as an adventure. They regard it as a task; something difficult to get through; hoping that tomorrow is better than today; that kind of thing. But you need to feel the joy that is in your Spirit and express it. ...To be spontaneous is what you are supposed to do, you know."

The Voices You Hear

Change the Probabilities

"Children, you have the ability to change all of the probabilities that ever have been cast upon you and all you have to do is to release it and let it go. You say, 'Oh, that's too simple. There is no challenge in that.' Ahh! Try it! Try it. When you have come to the point in your evolvement when you can say from the bottom of your heart, 'I bear no ill will. No man owes me anything.' Then you will have learned to release. Then you will be in a position to change the probabilities of the future."
