When You Need Help

"...When you get into a muddle over something, a lot of you don't think to ask. You say, 'Oh God, help me,' but you don't think to align yourself so that you are aware of the help that is there. You become immediately upset. ...It only takes a moment, a second of your time, to just think, 'I desire to be in perfect alignment.' When you think it, it happens instantly. Then the flow of information from the higher self of you comes down without any interference whatsoever, It is there and it pours in and you become aware of it."

Higher Self Guidance

"In order to be aware of the guidance of your higher self, it is important that you become very still. ...When you center yourself to receive from the God-self of you, you are never denied that access, never. ...When you center yourself, you bring into alignment all of the chakras. That is important. You also bring into alignment yur mental body, your emotional body, your etheric body, and your physical body. You align them in perfect order. This is necessary. Why? Because the God-self of you has to pour into those bodies the awareness of that which it is trying to bring to you. Those bodies are in perfect alignment when you request that they be. It is that simple. You don't have to get into any particular position. You don't have to be doing anything. All you have to do is ask, 'I ask for complete alignment of my total being' and it is done."

Anger

"So the next time you feel attacked, just mentally say, 'I know God loves this person.' If you feel anger come up, you can say, 'Father, right now I am mad. But I need You to love him until I can love him.' You will find your anger goes because where love is, anger never comes to stay. They can't get along that well. Anger always leaves."
