All the Time

"You either are going to live from the Lord God of you or you ar enot. There is no halfway. You cannot do it today and not tomorrow. You are either doing it all the time or you're not doing it at all. ...The 'I am' of you is is the God of you. It is that connecting link which makes your life upon the earth plane flowing, ongoing, smoother - you in control, not your ego. And your ego will fight you until finally it gives up, and it gives up because it no longer is, because as you have withdrawn your energy from it, what's going to happen to it? It's going to dissolve and become less."

The Great "I Am"

"When these times come when you are confronted with a resistance in the ethers, you have two choices: You can be pushed back by it, and most of you are, or you can declare, 'I Am,' and mean it from the Spirit of you, and then you add unto that whatever. 'I am in charge here. I am healthy. I am invigorated. I am wise. I am wealthy.' Ah, that's a good one, eh? 'I am' whatever. Now, in declaring the 'I am' of you, you are bringing forth a power, the power that you were created with."

The Present Moment

"Participant: So all I have is just this moment. That is a very difficult concept for us to live in. It takes practice, practice, practice.

Rev. Penny: I agree; you have to practice but I also know that it's easier to do than what you think. It's not a running away from or a denial. ...It's the actual realization that it doesn't exist except in your head., if you want to keep it. But if you don't keep it in your head, then it's truly gone because there is nothing to feed it and keep it alive. You're not sustaining it by memory or guilt or "Gee, I should have said... I wish I had done...'. There's none of that. It's not there! My gosh, if I can do it, anybody can do it."
