Gabriel 101 (The Introduction into Practical Spirituality course)

This weekend will be an immersion into the early teachings of Archangel Gabriel with the intention of helping prospective teachers prepare to deliver the information of the Practical Spirituality course.

Don Gilbert, the developer of the course, and Sherry Snook will facilitate the weekend as well as 3 zoom sessions as a follow-up to support the participants. A final weekend retreat workshop will be scheduled in May 2024.

Participates will be given the text, DVD, and course outline and the facilitators will be available for consultation and support throughout this approximately 9-month process and commitment.

This will be a supportive and joyful learning & teaching experience. All levels of experience are invited to attend and enjoy learning from the great Angel.

Cost for the first weekend retreat will be $415.00 which includes all the materials, rooms, workshop, and food.

About Donald Gilbert: Don is a spiritual teacher, therapist, and healer who lives and practices in Albany, NY. He started his career after graduating from Syracuse University in 1970 with a Masters in Social Work. Following a miraculous recovery from brain surgery in 1998, he retired as chairperson and professor of Criminal Justice at Hudson Valley Community College to focus on his spiritual therapeutic practice. Along with the late Rev. Penny Donovan, they started together what is now known as Sacred Garden Fellowship, a non-profit, non-denominational spiritual organization that has been teaching and uplifting spiritual seekers through workshops and healing retreats since 2002.

About Sherry Snook: She has been a nurse for over 41 years and recently retired to follow her heart and open a spiritual retreat center named, Harvest House, in Gilbertsville, NY.   She is passionate about teaching spiritual subjects, which have greatly impacted her life in a very positive way.  She has been with SGF since October, 2007, and has been a medium since childhood; she never understood her abilities until she started to come to SGF and attended classes at Fellowship of the Spirit in Lily Dale, NY. She has since become a Spiritualist Minister and Minister of Spiritual Healing.

This event will be held at Harvest House, SGF’s Spiritual Retreat Center, in Gilbertsville, NY – about one and a half hours from Syracuse and Albany. Harvest House is a beautiful sanctuary nestled in the woods of the Butternut Valley. Come join in harvest and communion for a restorative and enlightening weekend. Meals and accommodations are all inclusive.
