"Participant: You mentioned there being no hell. Then why is the Koran, a channeled book, filled with images of God sending sinners to fire forever?

Gabriel: Because that's where the consciousness of the people was at the time that it was given, and that is what they would understand. There is no hell. Where would it be? I have been everywhere there is and I have never come upon it. ...It was a teaching device. The only hell there is...is the one that each person individually creates for themselves and marches themselves through."
