How to Get Truth


"Even though you center yourself, if you go from being centered into, 'Oh, I bet it's this. No, it couldn't be that. Maybe it's this other thing. No, I am not sure it's that either,' and you start to speculate or anticipate what the answer should be, you block the answer from coming. But when you center yourself and you leave yourself open to receive, then is when you get the truth. ...Your higher self always tells you that which is constructive. The ego will always insert fear."
