Bodily Constrictions

"Your throat is your power chakra. So when there is a constriction in the throat area, it is because you are fearful of using your power. In the heart area it is fearful of taking in love. You are not afraid of loving. You are afraid of being loved. Whatever part of your body is affected, look to that chakra and its meaning and that will give you some indication of what your problem is, of where the constriction comes in."
